Laura is an Operations Manager for Circles U.S., leading a number of teams and employees across the country. With a background of over 15+ years in customer service, management and experience in the event industry, she is 100% focused on creating a positive, memorable experience for our clients and customers. She does this while still ensuring her employees are inspired, supported and feel connected. Laura keeps her employees engaged by promoting team-building activities and fostering their career growth. She also believes in the importance of creating a positive company culture, which she actively supports by leading the Safety Committee here at Circles.
