Context Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will actively participate in the growth of the company by developing its turnover.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will work in close collaboration with the entire Sales Department and will be in contact with the Operations and Marketing teams. You will actively participate in the growth of the company by developing its turnover: you will define your customer targets and ensure the overall sales process (long sales 6 months-1 year).
Your Main Responsibilities
Understand the specificities of a rapidly changing market and identify its expectations. Actively prospect companies with appropriate qualification and identify key contacts within the targeted companies.
Define the relevant means to be implemented to make the sales approach effective. Implement sales prospecting and follow up on contacted prospects. Organize meetings to present and promote Circles services. Manage the response to calls for tenders.
Adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by prospects. Negotiate the financial and contractual aspects of the collaboration. Sign sales contracts. Develop the conditions for excellent collaboration with the operational teams. Frequent trips in Ile-de-France to be expected, and more punctual in the regions.
Commercial training, Bac+3 to Bac+5, as well as a successful experience in the field of B to B sales/hunting (3 years minimum). Knowledge of the target HRD/business leaders is a plus.
You have a real taste for sales prospecting and sales and have a strong results-oriented culture. You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your communication skills and in particular your strength of conviction.
Proficiency in Office required: Word, Excel, Outlook. Autonomous, rigorous, well organized with good adaptability and teamwork skills.
