As part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts receivable, the income statement for your scope. You will manage around twenty concierge services as well as the customer relationship of our virtual concierge services. Your main missions:
You will structure and formalize a global commercial strategy adapted to the customer context (physical and/or virtual concierge service). You are responsible for the development and loyalty of your accounts (management of customer reports, management of the relational pyramid, etc.). You are responsible for the development of B to B/ B to C sales on the sites and develop a culture of margin at your sites Concierge Managers. You are responsible for the operational deployment of the marketing policy within the concierge areas (merchandising, promotional animation, etc.).
You are responsible for the recruitment, retention and commitment of your teams and anticipate and coordinate mobility actions (site openings, site closures). You support their skills development by relying on the company's job reference framework and training.
With the support of a leading Concierge, you will also ensure the development of B to B/ B to C sales on the sites and develop a culture of margin among your Concierge Managers. You are responsible for the good working conditions of your teams and in particular the tools made available to them.
You analyse the current situation and participate in the definition of the budget for your perimeter. You guarantee the economic results of the territory by optimising the growth of the volume of business on site and controlling costs. You activate all the levers of profitability by guaranteeing respect for individuals, the quality of services as well as long-term performance.
You will be required to manage or intervene on various cross-functional projects as well as to work in a team to optimize the company's processes.
With a minimum of BAC +4 level, you have successful experience in B2B commercial management (Sale and/or loyalty of a customer portfolio) and in team management (in a network services company would be a plus)
You have a taste for challenge and excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of interlocutors. Organized, reactive and pragmatic, you know how to manage a variety of issues. Bearer of the company's values, you know how to support changes and get your teams on board through your leadership.
You have a good ability to listen and adapt.
You are proficient in computer tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
