Reporting to the Call Center Manager, you will mainly handle requests for telephone/email services from our customers (B2B or B2C).

Detail of Responsibilities

Reception and switchboard
Management and processing of requests for concierge services (follow up on the evolution of requests and the satisfaction of our members, etc.)
Follow-up of our partners
Creation of quotes
B2B and B2C invoicing
Operational support to our on-site concierge teams

Profile

A first successful experience in customer relations (hospitality, sales, hospitality or service profession, etc.)
An excellent spirit of service and interpersonal skills
Rigor and organization essential
Autonomy, dynamism and responsiveness
Good adaptability and teamwork skills
Perfect oral and written expression
A good level of English (written and oral) and mastery of the Office Pack desired
