Organize events and animate the spaces made available
Organize unifying events: competitions, sports challenges, conferences, networking aperitifs; manage their implementation from A to Z (contact with stakeholders, launch of events, implementation, follow-up of operations and post-event communication) Unite teams, bring good mood to increase motivation, commitment and involvement.
Be the point of contact for the management of corporate events (logistics, service providers, etc.) Animate the building's "Funroom" and "Zen room" spaces. Ensure the proper maintenance of the spaces (layout, cleanliness, presence of consumables and control of equipment.
To be the ambassador and the image of the Quality of Life on the site
Offer concierge services adapted to the expectations of beneficiaries in order to facilitate their daily lives (taxi reservations, restaurant proposals, dry cleaning, childcare, sale of mini-boutique products, etc.) and relieve employees of logistical worries that could interfere with their work. Coordinate with our service platform and our partners. Ensure the management of the spaces, well-being, Welcoming, informing and guiding .
