Principal Responsibilities
Welcoming and informing customers with elegance and a smile
Offering customers the opportunity to become VIP members of the centre
Knowing, mastering, bringing to life and carrying out the activities for VIP customers
Making customer feedback
Communicating well with the brands and the centre's management
Offering and managing concierge services
Fill in Excel reporting tables showing the daily activity
Demonstrate initiative
Profile
Excellent presentation
Elocution and mastery of the French language
Perfect spelling
Very good level of English
Know how to show diplomacy and patience
Be active and pro-active
Have a commercial spirit
Strong spirit of service
Team spirit essential
