Working independently on your concierge area, reporting to the Regional Manager. You are responsible for the Circles customer experience. You maintain close and trusting relationships with members and influential interlocutors. You respond to customer requests and expectations by respecting Circles processes (cash registers, inventories, partner invoices, etc.)
Animate, organize and highlight the offers of your concierge area. You ensure a quantitative follow-up of your concierge area:
Management of your stock
In collaboration with your regional manager, you will set up and distribute newsletters and events (seasonal, monthly, etc.)
You provide information that can help improve service and customer loyalty. You are the guarantor and actor of the commercial development of your concierge service by playing on performance levers:
Increase in the average basket
B to B and B to C turnover
Proposal and organization of events adapted to the needs of your site.
You are passionate about customer relations and have at least one year's experience in this field. Your sense of service and your ability to listen are strong points of your personality. You are autonomous, punctual, rigorous, organized and you know how to adapt and work in a hurry. You are proficient in the following Office programmes: Word, Excel, Outlook, and are comfortable with computer tools.
