As part of our research conducted from July to September 2022, we reached out to HR managers and employee services managers to gain valuable insights into the challenges they face. Here are the key takeaways:

Challenge #1: Attracting and Retaining Talent
An overwhelming 67% of respondents identified attracting and retaining talent as their top priority. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, we are here to provide time-saving solutions that optimize employees' daily lives and empower them to better manage their personal and professional responsibilities.

One of our members, Manon, shared her experience: “I never have time for myself, but the concierge service, including the hairdressing service, saved me at least 2 hours! It's the perfect way to balance my professional and personal life. 60% of those surveyed emphasized the significance of creating real experiences in the office. We understand that being a concierge goes beyond simply offering services; it involves curating memorable experiences. According to a Paris workplace barometer, 55% of employees believe that socializing with colleagues is the primary reason for coming to the office.
