Less than 10% of all companies considered pass the evaluation process and receive the Circles "seal of approval." We utilize no advertising on our site. Each partner is brought to members because it offers the best possible solution for their needs.
The performance of our preferred partners is continually monitored through member feedback, staff feedback, service standards and mystery shopping. In addition, our Partnership Team builds relationships with our partners to further enhance the member experience with exclusive value-added services and price savings, seamless problem resolution and access to exclusive offers.
