The Challenge

Meridian's healthcare professionals were spending their work breaks scrambling to finish their personal errands so they could spend time with their family after work. Not surprisingly, this caused Meridian's team members to become stressed-out and less productive. We needed to help them better manage their work and personal lives.


Circles' Solution

Meridian began offering Circles Concierge and its unique solutions to its team members. They used the concierge for help with research- and phone-based tasks like travel arrangements and household issues, and research on gifts to purchase. This service helped relieve the stress of the multiple to-do's that team members had and freed up their time for more quality one-on-one time with their families.

  • Meridian was listed as one of the “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” for the 6th year (NJBiz)
  • Meridian now ranks 79th on the 13th annual “100 Best Companies to Work For” list (Fortune)
  • Meridian was so pleased with the benefits of Concierge for its employees that it went on to extend the same benefits to its patients.  Meridian now offers an onsite program for its patients in addition to its original virtual (Live Agent) program for its team members.
