A member called on a Friday afternoon and explained that late Thursday night she and her 13-year old son went online to buy tickets for a Halloween event for Saturday night. After sending her son to bed, she printed the tickets and saw that they were for Friday, not Saturday.

She tried to call ticket provider but they were closed. On Friday morning, they refused to help her because it was against policy to make changes the day of the event.  So, the member reached out to Concierge to help resolve her issue. Concierge called ticket provider to see if they could do anything for her but had no luck. After speaking with a supervisor, Concierge came up against the same roadblock-that it was Event Policy that they could not access anything for the day of the event. Concierge asked for the venue phone number and after some digging, eventually got the number. Concierge spoke to a supervisor at the venue and eventually convinced them to agree to exchange the tickets at the courtesy desk as long as the difference between the day of price and online price was paid, a total of $15. The member was very appreciative that Concierge could help save her Halloween plans.
