The member went on a trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy two months earlier with her friend. While there, they fell in love with some ceramic pieces they found in a little shop. The shopkeeper did not speak English and the member and her friend did not speak Italian, but they made the purchases, in cash, and made arrangements to have them shipped back home. The ceramics never arrived and the member and her friend had made several attempts to find out why but were unable to get any answers.
The member called Concierge in hopes that they could help locate the missing ceramics. The Concierge asked for all the contact information and shipping details and with the help of an Italian translator on the team, the Concierge discovered that the ceramics were shipped, but they were held up at the DHL in Italy because the credit card her friend had provided had been declined. With permission from the member, the Concierge was able to have the shipping charges placed on her credit card and the goods were received within one week.
