A member needed to deliver her doctoral thesis to her professor who was staying in a rustic hotel in Sicily.
While she had the document in PDF format that could be sent in an email, her professor’s hotel did not have the capability to print it out, or receive a fax. The document was extremely confidential since it was doctoral work that was going to be published. The request was received mid-morning on a Friday, and had to be delivered by Sunday.
Circles were able to locate a resort about 20 minutes away from the hotel that was willing to work with the Concierge to complete this member's request. The Concierge emailed the thesis to that hotel and then arranged to have someone at the hotel print the document – all 200 pages!
Arrangements were then made for a cab driver to courier the document over to the professor at his hotel, all on time.
