A member was participating in a Porsche Motor Tour through Europe with 30 fellow Porsche owners when his Porsche 911GT3RS sprang a leak.  The member wanted to get his car fixed in time for him to re-join the group as they were nearing the end of the tour.

The car broke down in Monza, Italy but needed to be transported to Neurburg, Germany for repairs.  Additionally, in order to complete the repairs on time, the car needed to be in Nuerberg the next day. On top of that, it was a Sunday, which made this request more challenging to achieve.  The member first called his roadside assistance service but they declined to help him.  When he called Circles, two Concierges went to work looking for a car transporter. They faced additional challenges when they found out that the car transporter would be unable to travel through Switzerland, since it is not part of the EU, and would therefore, have to take the longer route via Austria to Germany. Several phone calls later the Concierges located a car transporter in Germany who was willing to drive all the way to Italy to collect the car and drive it back to Germany through Austria.

The car was successfully repaired on time and the member was able to finish the final leg of the tour to the UK. The member was thrilled to be back on the road and back in action so quickly!
