While speaking to a Circles Concierge about tickets to a Ringo Starr performance, a member jokingly inquired if Circles could arrange a meeting with Mr. Starr, his childhood idol.
Well, these things are no laughing matter at Circles.
We contacted the casino directly to see if we could at the very least secure better tickets for him and in the process managed to speak to the Director of Entertainment at the casino. Although talent meet and greets were usually secured for ‘high rollers,’ the Director told Circles he would see if he could arrange it for our valued customer.
A day before the concert, The Director at the casino left his personal cell phone number for the member, along with front row center tickets, at the box office. The member was able to spend time with Ringo and have his photo taken before the show!
