Michael Breault is responsible for the overall growth and success of Circles' core business, Concierge, Experiences and Events. He focuses on providing the utmost customer experience by coordinating a dynamic servicing team, building strong client relations, expanding product offerings and remaining committed to continuous improvement.

According to Michael, Circles’ mission is to make sure we are “touching clients and customers in a way that exceeds all expectations.” Michael believes his role and the role of the team he manages is to do everything in their power to make sure that mission comes to fruition.

Michael thrives on challenges both in business and in his personal life. He considers himself an “adrenaline junkie”. Running the New York City marathon or developing a new business strategy he consistently pushes his limits to strive for success. He is inspired by creative problem solving and believes one of the best business skills, honesty and integrity, are not learned in school.

Prior to joining Circles, Michael spent more than three years with Citigroup where he served as Director, Vice President, Global Cross Marketing. He was responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities for Citigroup's business units worldwide by leveraging the existing customer base.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts and an Associates degree in Landscape Architecture.
