Ken Bronfin
President, Hearst Interactive Media
Ken Bronfin leads a team which
initiates new businesses, makes strategic investments
in Internet content and infrastructure companies, and
works with Hearst's other media divisions to adapt the
company's editorial and programming resources to new
formats. Prior to joining Hearst, Ken was with the National
Broadcasting Company (NBC) as a founder of the Interactive
Media Group as well as general manager of NBC's digital
television group and vice president of NBC Cable and
Business Development. Ken was also head of business
development for NBC Technology and was director of NBC's
Broadcast Engineering Group, which was responsible for
the research and development associated with NBC's technical
infrastructure. He sits on the boards of four of Hearst
Interactive Media's portfolio companies. Ken holds a
bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the
University of Virginia and an MBA in Management from
the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He also holds patents in the field of television technology.
Kate Buggeln
Board Director and Retail Industry Consultant
As executive and consultant,
Kate Buggeln has 20 years of experience working with
high-end retail corporations, such as Coach, Barneys
New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale's Department
Stores and Gucci. At Coach (COH), as senior vice president
of Strategy and Business Development, Kate was responsible
for strategic planning, licensing, direct marketing,
market research and multi-channel customer relationship
management programs. Kate is a member of the board of
directors of Dress Barn Inc. (DBRN), one of the nation's
leading value-priced women's specialty retailers. Kate
is also a member of the governing board for the Business
Council for Peace (www.bpeace.org), a U.N.-affiliated
organization helping women in world regions of conflict
and post-conflict. Kate's prior positions also included
president of Boo.com, executive vice president of the
LakeWest Group Ltd. and manager for Coopers & Lybrand
Retail National Consulting Practice.
Robert E. Keith, Jr.
Managing Director, TL
Ventures
Robert E. Keith, Jr. is a Managing Director of TL Ventures, a $1.4 billion group of venture capital funds focused on technology services and software, communications and life sciences. In addition to his work with individual companies, Bob is Chief Executive Officer of TL Ventures Inc., which is responsible for the management of the funds. He is also a senior advisor to, and co-founder of, EnerTech Capital, a venture capital fund, which targets technology companies that benefit from deregulation of the utility industry. Prior to his affiliation with TL Ventures in 1989, Bob held executive positions with Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia for over 20 years, most recently as Vice Chairman. At Fidelity, he headed the Corporate Banking Department, which included specialized and commercial lending groups and several non-banking subsidiaries. Bob serves on the Boards of Directors of a number of the TL Ventures portfolio companies. In addition, he is Chairman of Safeguard Scientifics, Vice Chairman and a member of the board and Executive Committee of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, and is a board member and Chairman of the Investment Committee of TRF Urban Growth Partners L.P. Bob is a graduate of Amherst College and Temple.
Peter Meekin

Peter Meekin has more than 20 years
of experience in software, information services, and
technology consulting. Prior to joining Trident Capital,
he was vice president of Venture Development at Enterprise
Associates, LLC, the venture capital division of IMS
Health. He has also held senior technology and management
positions with Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Lotus
Development Corporation, and IBM. In addition, Peter
has hands-on entrepreneurial experience having launched
three start-up companies in the software and consulting

Sharon Munger
President and CEO
Sharon Munger is the retired Chairman of The M/A/R/C Group and from 2000 until 2004 served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of M/A/R/C Research, an operating division of The M/A/R/C Group. As a public company until its acquisition by Omnicom in 1999, The M/A/R/C Group operates two businesses – Targetbase, a CRM and direct marketing agency and M/A/R/C Research, a strategic marketing research firm. After joining M/A/R/C in 1973, Ms. Munger progressed through leadership roles in both client service and operations which led to her promotion to the position of President in 1986 and then to the post of Chief Executive Officer in 1991. Sharon has played a prominent role in developing practices that have influenced the marketing services industry and has extensive experience in providing the full complement of marketing research and database services available through The M/A/R/C Group. Sharon received a B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University and serves as the President of the Alumni Association and its Board of Directors as well as a member of the Corporate Council for Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management. She also serves on the boards of several private information-based marketing services firms.
Bob Schechter
CEO, Natural Microsystems
Bob Schechter joined Natural
MicroSystems in April 1995 as president and CEO, and
became chairman in March 1996. Prior to joining Natural
MicroSystems, Bob spent eight years at Lotus Development
Corp., first as senior vice president of Finance and
Operations and chief financial officer, and most recently
as senior vice president of the International Business
Group. Prior to joining Lotus, Bob was a partner with
Coopers & Lybrand in Boston. Bob is on the board
of Infinium Software, Inc., the Boston Children's Museum,
Squashbusters, Mass High Tech Council and the Massachusetts
Telecommunications Council.
Phyllis Swersky

Group
Phyllis Swersky is president
of The Meltech Group, which provides a broad range
of business advisory services to CEO's and executive
management teams of growing companies. Phyllis brings
to Circles her expertise and knowledge from her experience
as president of Work/Family Directions (now WFD), the
country's leading work/family benefits company, as
well as her extensive high-tech experience at companies
such as Cullinet, I-Cube, Object Design, Inc. and AICorp.
Phyllis' background includes 20 years of diverse, hands-on
executive management and financial experience in computer
software and services companies. Her operational experience
has encompassed a diversity of companies ranging in
size from startups to almost $200 million. Phyllis
serves as a director of Art Technology Group, Inc.,
Circles, Investors Financial Service Corporation and
is chair of the Northeastern University Board of Overseers.
